Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund available
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund available
  • No-show: Full session fee charged

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

To request a refund, contact us at support@ghoststudio.com with your booking reference number.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your session due to:

  • Equipment failure
  • Emergency situations
  • Unforeseen circumstances

You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may incur additional fees.
