Studio Booking Terms

• All bookings must be confirmed with payment in advance
• Sessions are charged at 35€ per hour with a minimum 2-hour booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals will result in reduced session time
• Studio time includes engineer and basic equipment

Equipment and Facilities

Ghost — LEGAACY Studio provides professional recording equipment and facilities. Clients are responsible for:

• Bringing their own instruments (unless arranged otherwise)
• Any damage to studio equipment during their session
• Following studio guidelines and engineer instructions

Intellectual Property

All recordings and creative work produced during sessions remain the intellectual property of the client. Ghost — LEGAACY Studio retains no rights to the recorded material unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Ghost — LEGAACY Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property, creative disputes, or technical issues beyond our control.
